I went to the restaurant with high expectation given the fame of it. I left with the same level of disappointment. The presentation of the food is good. The dishes came with a mixture of taste but the tastes mixed together simply unmatched. The service is not up to standard. My companion asked for toothpicks twice. Both staff said yes but didn’t come back to meet the ask. The quality of seafood like grouper was just ok. May not worth the time and effort unless really want to try.

Was an extraordinary experience!
Definitely deserves a star.
The only Mini minus was the rapid succession of dishes. But after teling to the service, more time was allowed between the individual courses.
Great ambience, great service and a very special taste experience.
Clear recommendation.

We wanted to try a fine dining restaurant in Bangkok and opted for this as it is the only restaurant among that rank which welcomes kids (above 5 years old).

Interesting concept with Thai-aspired food but it definitely requires an acquired taste in appreciating it.

Kids friendly version was much more “mass market” in terms of taste with limited local influence. Kids and adults alike enjoy it much.

A la carte was not really an option.

Chef Tonn's Michelin Star restaurant serving elevated Thai cuisine using local ingredients. From the moment of being seated we were taken on a journey through Thailand with each course a window into the variety of flavors in Thai food. My family has a varied dietary preference and the Chef catered to each of us through the 6 course meal. The Australian Wagyu was paired with a full bodied Shiraz that just went perfectly. Service was on point explaining each course and how the whole meal comes together. Atmosphere is modern and a great place to entertain business clients. Reservations are highly recommended and booking goes by fast.

There are a few dishes that were a bit odd, but overall the meal was solid. I really enjoyed the complex flavors with obvious Thai influence and locally sourced ingredients. Service was awesome as well, especially the explanation of the different dishes because I would've had no idea what I was eating half the time. 😀

We were looking for a fine dining experience based on the Thai culture, therefore we came to Le Du. Arriving at the restaurant we were greeted friendly by the staff ready for service. We chose the to go for the 6- course tasting menu accompanied by the wine pairing. To start the meal they showed us the metaphorical market basket as the chefs work solely with seasonal we products. We began with delicate and fresh flavours balanced with new world wines to more powerful flavours as the signature river prawn we order next to the menu. We liked the food combined with the wines and would recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I booked reservations here well in advance for our honeymoon from the United States.

Overall, I was beyond impressed with Le Du from start to finish. The service was outstanding with great attention to detail.

I highly recommend the drink pairing with dinner as it complements each dish well. We had a card given to us describing each dish along with our waiters.

This is a restaurant experience unlike any I have ever been to before in my life. The head chef came over to greet us and he was extremely nice. When we come back to Thailand this will be our first meal. If you are visiting Thailand from the United States and enjoy a great dining experience, then this is a must!

I was hesitant to book at Le Du due to mix reviews but decided to give it a try on my last day in Bangkok as the fourth fine dine Thai restaurant to try during the trip. The place look and feel and quite modern too, nice interiors.

I came here for lunch at the first spot available which was at the open too, the place got packed quite quickly obviously due to its popularity or distinctions yet the service was still excellent and quick. Loved the variety and different tastes of the dishes I got, portions were quite good too for a tasting menu. Would visit again for sure.
