Pakuwon Mall Surabaya

Pakuwon Mall in Surabaya is the largest mall in Indonesia.
My journey through the mall was largely positive, meriting an overall experience rating of 4 out of 5. The sheer volume of retail outlets is impressive, though, during my quest for something as simple as flip-flops, I found the variety somewhat lacking, reflecting a 4 out of 5 rating for shopping variety. This minor hiccup aside, the multitude of stores ensures that most visitors will find what they’re looking for, and then some.
The dining options at Pakuwon Mall were a highlight of my visit, deserving a perfect score of 5 out of 5. From international cuisines to local delicacies, the food and beverage offerings were vast and varied.

However, my experience was not without its challenges. Navigating the mall proved to be a bit of an adventure, earning a score of 3 out of 5 for amenities and facilities. The absence of a detailed map or directory within the mall meant a lot of wandering and frequent stops at the reception to ask for directions. This aspect of the visit could certainly benefit from improvement, perhaps with the introduction of more visible and accessible mall directories.
The atmosphere and cleanliness of Pakuwon Mall were commendable. However, it's worth noting that the complete lower floor had a pervasive smell of durian, which might be off-putting to some.

Customer service within the mall was generally good.

Very nice mall, but parking fee system is somewhat disengenuous. If you have a taxi pick you up, there is a 5 min grace period for a parking charge. However, on many days the line to exit is backed up so you get charged not for parking, but just to wait in line to leave.

It's an end to end journey when I make my way from home to this place.. as I live in the east end of Surabaya.. but still I'm always excited to hang out with my family and friends in this mall.
Sunday is always my favourite day for spending time.. eating and chatting with them.. and of course.. enjoying live music from 2 pm until finished.
A lot of joy and happiness.. that's why I love this mall.

Great Super mall in Surabaya and Super wowed!
I think this is the biggest amongst Malls in Surabaya. We were browsing around and shopping plus eating different cuisines! Satisfied, but we can’t finish the place in one day. Superb!
