The location is not right next to the highway.
You will have to make a turn and your destination will be on the right! 😃
It’s not a difficult place to find.
The location is also good because it’s next to other restaurants/bistros in case you’re interested in other dishes aside from the ones they serve in the cafe.

Their interior is simple. There wasn’t too much decoration. The cafe’s name is accurate. It simply is a NEIGHBORHOOD cafe.
I loved how they also made the effort to decorate as much as they did though. They curated their interior by adding the necessary furniture and accessories to establish a statement— the ambience that they wanted to give off on their patrons.

There’s not a lot of seating though. If you’re going to this cafe as a group, I suggest you (a) prepare to be seated separately, (b) wait until there’s an available seating enough for your group, (c) message their page beforehand to inquire if reservation is possible. I had no experience of this though…just offering a suggestion.

Food and Beverages:

Their food and drinks were so good! I loved their tuna sandwich. Unlike some sandwiches I’ve had in other cafes, Neighborhood Cafe’s sandwiches don’t give off that “sum-ol” feeling after a couple of bites.
It was just right. Not too heavy, but definitely makes you full— a good thing since this was what I wanted at the time.
I absolutely loved their fluffy Japanese Souffle Pancake too! The taste was just right— although I didn’t get to finish all of it.

Staff and Service:

Their staff and service is commendable. They were patient and welcoming— which are two very important traits in customer service (next to professionalism, of course).

PWD-Friendly:

I wouldn't say the location is absolutely PWD friendly.
They can definitely seat PWD, but for someone who might be using a wheelchair or crutches, the location and the place might prove to be a bit of a challenge.

Overall, if you’re near the area, I would definitely recommend visiting the place.

A must for anyone reading this! Travelling from England, this place fits the budget but exceeds any morning cravings you have. There aren’t words to describe the feeling after the pancake enters your mouth. Amazing is an understatement for my experience here

I love their white cold brew!!! Their Chorizo Rice bowl is so good!!!

They accept cashless payments like GCash.
They have al fresco dining.

One thing that I get a little weird about is the interior's theme. I just dont get the brown paint patches on the walls.

Oh well. I'm here for the food, right?

The place was nice and quiet. I'm really happy I brought my book with me, I read while waiting for my food. Compared to what other said, the wait wasn't that long, maybe because it wasn't crowded when I got there.

I had the tiramisu pancake, carbonara and katong pink na drink (I forgot the name, but it was very refreshing)

Price was also reasonable.

The staff were not very friendly though. They weren't rude, but they ain't friendly. It was like I walked in on someone who was having a bad day.
I don't know their life, who am I to judge them, char. But I wish they would greet people or smile when people come in. Mga 1 hour pa sila ng open when I came so I don't know nganung ing atu ang vibe sa mga tawo sa sulod 😅

Overall experience, still ❤️❤️
Will definitely come back to try more dishes 😁
