If I could give the service even more stars, I would! Fabulous breakfast place with delicious food, fantastic servers who are quick and friendly while not rushing you. Location on a quiet street along the canals is a plus. We waited for a few minutes outside but it was worth it.
Lovely, cozy brunch spot right on the canal. The English breakfast was amazing!! We tried all 3 deserts, the carrot cake and molted cake were great, the scone was one of the best we've ever tasted. The waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth the wait.

Food is decent but a bit overpriced, combined with the slow service, it's tough to rate well.
Edit: The restaurant replied effectively denying the slow service was possible, but that's just not true because it happened exactly as I wrote in my review and I'm certainly not conflating the wait time to be seated with the 53 minute wait time from seating to receiving food 😮💨

An absolute gem in Amsterdam for breakfast. They have a very exciting and diverse menu. The coffee was very tasty, the soda bread and butter is a must and the shakshuka was simply divine. Do expect a bit of wait during weekends as they tend to be fairly busy!
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The shakshuka was incredibly delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors and a delightful taste. The French toast was an absolute masterpiece! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this place and suggest trying these amazing dishes!
My family and I visited Greenwoods for Brunch on 2 occasions whilst in Amsterdam. Both times we really enjoyed the food and drink as well as the fast and efficient service. Depending on your time of visit, there may be a wait for a table as the restaurant is very popular however don’t let that put you off. I would 100% recommend a visit.
A quaint restaurant next to the canal. Possibly the best brunch I've ever had the pleasure to eat. One of the few places we visited twice on a trip to Amsterdam. Every food and drink item my wife and I tried was top shelf. Highly recommend. Very dog friendly. Allowed our small dog both inside and on the patio.
I was impressed by the multiple options for brunch ( with vegeterian choices as well). The food is really tasty, and the portions are big. The service is fast and polite, and the place is really nice. However expect to wait a little time outside to be able to enter, cause reservations are not accepted. I will for sure return!
