Love the atmosphere here, everyone is so friendly.

Love the coffee, eggs on toasts, and egg toasts sets. Owners are very friendly and they explain the differences on their offering.. See the pictures.

Ordered iced coffee, iced coffee kosong and iced coffee O kosong. Coffees were great tbh. Food wise, not so much. None of the food were nice - had the Chee Cheong fun, fried mee and kaya butter toast. Chee Cheong fun was overly cooked so the Cheong fun was mushy. Fried mee was too wet without wokhei. Toast was soft like as if it was left out for a while after toasting it.

Very busy place on a Sunday morning so finding a spot to sit was difficult. Because of the busyness, the service staff and 老闆娘 were on edge as well lol. A male service staff was even insistent of the fact I ordered a coffee hot when I repeatedly mentioned cold. Obviously no apology was given but instead attitude was shown.

Hot but not unbearable. The place is slightly rundown with walls peeling but I guess that’s the beauty of the place.
I will patron again if ever I visit Ipoh. For their coffee only.

The toasted bread is nice n crispy n thin ... The white coffee is okay but slightly bitter n the milk is not that smooth ... The Siew Yuk is not so nice because is meat is slightly rough n fatty n the skin is not so crunchy ... The environment is small n warm ... The pricing is at mid ...
We reached at around 10.30am. Shop was crowded as usual. Managed to find a table at the back but no one was coming to take our orders despite many workers walked past us. All of them ignored us mayb bcz too busy. We gave up and walked to the kitchen to place order. Everything was average. Wantan mee had already finished at 10.30am. That was a disappointment. We ordered mee kuay teow goreng from an indian uncle outside the shop. That was pretty good. Overall maybe this place is overly hyped about. Might try other shops on the same street next time.
Recently tried some Chee Cheong Fun in Ipoh, and it was absolutely fantastic. The rice noodle rolls were incredibly silky smooth, and the sauce was a perfect balance of sweetness, savory flavors, and a hint of spiciness. Despite its simplicity, this dish is incredibly satisfying. If you find yourself in Ipoh, make sure not to miss out on this culinary delight!
