It was my first time with my boyfriend. Contacted via Facebook message. He read it but didn't reply. The room was good, narrow as is typical of hostels, but much bigger than Hong Kong. All the front desk staff provided good service. The price was not expensive. It was near restaurants and the snacks were delicious.
Great location. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast every morning. Drinking Water and coffee available all day. Tidy and clean hostel.
The staff was very friendly. The common area is large enough for multiple groups to hang out individually. The dorms and bathrooms were clean. The lockers are in your bed with you (closet for your own lock). Very satisfied with this place
Overall the best hostel I have lived in yet, if you are in Chiang Mai and looking for a hostel then this is the best option.
Rooms are cleaned everyday, beds have separate light, charging board and curtains for privacy.

I stayed in a private room here for 10 days during my Chiang Mai visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. In fact, my private room was like a regular hotel room. The location was right in the ancient town and easily walkable to many tourist spots. The hotel gave good suggestions about markets and events and also had a free yoga class one morning, which I attended. Note that Most of Chiang Mai has a big weed culture, including this hostel. Breakfast was also a nice bonus every morning. Very glad I chose this hostel based on reviews. Also, there is an excellent (higher end) cafe next door for great breakfast and lunch.
Every time that i had to run my errands alone in Chiang Mai, I always come to this hostel. Very comfortable, not noisy, friendly staffs, free coffee, water, tea, and breakfast. The location is good. Will definitely recommend to stay here if you travel alone or with friends and wanna make new friends.

The bed sheets are changed every time a guest checks out. Toilets are clean and showers work well too.
The outdoor areas have a smoking and non-smoking area. Plus the area gets cleaned often enough that dirt does not pile up.
I would recommend a backpacker or traveler who is looking for Chill Vibes to stay here.
