Traditional Coffee shop in Penang. Visit here for breakfast, ordering 1 set Toast Bread with Kaya and Half boiled egg. A typically toast with spread butter and Kaya on the side, if you typically eat Singaporean style, this one a lil bit different but same concept. I like the half boiled eggs and the Coffee also taste good.
Located in the corner street, the also have another stall like mee stall, etc
The toilet isn’t too big and no bidet. So for ladies i think you find a proper place to go.
If you want to find traditional you might can considered to visit this place. The owner friendly, the foods also decent

This coffee shop is located at the corner of jalan transfer.
There is a store that sells a halal version of hokkien mee in the morning, an a non halal version of economy rice in the afternoon.
This place is usually visited by tourists in the morning for the hokkien mee, and a bunch of working people in the afternoon for the economy rice.
The hokkien noodles is actually quite tasty. And it is halal, so it's Muslim friendly.
The economy rice on the other hand has quite a good variety of dishes, and they are tasty too.
Price is reasonable, but I find a parking limited around this area.

Cozy Kopitiam with a nice uncle serving food. I had Kaya butter toast+Kopi Ais for 4.5 RM
A classic kopitiam with a Hokkien Mee hawker stall. Came here every morning for delicious Kaya Toast, Half-Boiled Eggs and hot Ipoh White Coffee. This place can get busy and no one seats you so if you're a tourist coming here for the first time. Find a seat/table or share with other people by asking them, take a seat and the uncle should come to you asking for your order.
Coffee shop run by old couple. Service is chaotic, expect to wait. Kaya toast is good: toasty bread with Kaya (home made, not so sweet) on the side. Eggs served in a glass cup and piping hot. Drinks are ok.
The process is, find a seat. Wait. Uncle will come to your table eventually when he has time (he ignores waving) between serving food and cleaning cups off tables. This can take 20-30 mins. Once order is taken, food arrives wiithjn 10mins. Meanwhile we order the hokkien mee which is fairly tasty from the Muslim Chinese couple running the stall, which can also be a 10 mins wait, they sell out by 10.30am.
