Food was delicious and the service was also good. However there were many cats that were disturbing us and getting under the tables.
BALTAZAR experience is very unique as the atmosphere is just amazing and food is tasty and comes fast. Prices are a bit high but quality is also high also the staff was friendly

Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Karaköy, this burger place is a true gem for any burger enthusiast. Their burgers are among the best in the area, with juicy, flavorful meat that keeps you coming back for more. Whether you're a local or just passing through Istanbul, this place is a must-visit for a mouthwatering burger experience.
As an American living in İstanbul I usually avoid fast food places and "Americanized" restaurants/dishes (e.g., pizza, burgers and "Chinese") when there is an endless variety of Turkish dishes to choose from.
With that said, if I happen to be "homesick" for something American, Baltazar is my go-to place!
Their burger and fries menu is extensive but more importantly, the quality and taste of their burgers is what I would expect if I were back home.
Just to be fair and transparent, their burger and fries prices are on the expensive side (approximately 400₺ for 200g burger) but it is no doubt a reflection of the quality of the product.
If you are looking to treat yourself to a quality dinner, Baltazar is highly recommended.
