Even with online booking with a scheduled time they overbooked our bus and we almost lost our flight, and we weren't the only ones. Avoid it if you can. There are other companies that offer the same service.

My suitcase was stolen inside of their bus and they didn't take any responsibility. The in charge employee didn't help me at all but also made fun of my situation. Wouldn't recommend to anyone taking this bus since they don't care about clients or their belongs. Be careful if you take it anyway! Horrible experience.
Conductor's are unfriendly, arrogant and speak no English. I have experienced zero customer service!
COMPAGNIA DA EVITARE. Ho preso il bus per andare al Terminal 2 di Malpensa e l’autista ha deliberatamente saltato la fermata, anche se prevista e della quale mi ero sincerato prima di partire- ho addirittura pensato facesse prima la T1 e poi la T2. All’arrivo in T1 l’autista dice che la T2 non era prevista, quindi corro per andare alla navetta per la T2 ma dimentico la valigia sul bus, torno indietro subito e l’autista, nonostante fossi stato l’ultimo a scendere dal bus e avendola lui vista, non aveva detto nulla e se la stava portando via. Ho segnalato tutto al servizio clienti ma non hanno mai risposto. Un servizio poco professionale e dall’inizio alla fine. Sconsigliato totalmente.
Mala gestión para el acceso al bus. Un tumulto sin organización, intento de vender más tickets, ya que no daban prioridad a los ticket que se vendieron online. Empujones para acceder al bus, recomiendo que busques otra alternativa, no son serios. No puedes comprar tus tickets online y ese día andar a empujones por un asiento qué es tuyo, por si mala gestión. NO REPETIRÉ MÁS CON ESTA COMPAÑÍA.
War entgegen der anderen Meinungen recht zufrieden. Hatte ein Ticket für eine andere Uhrzeit, war aber beidemale kein Problem und ich konnte den Bus später ohne Aufpreis einfach nutzen. Fahrt war angenehm und ohne Zwischenstopps zum Flughafen und Retour. Busse recht eng, viel Bewegungsfreiheit hat man auf den Sitzen nicht, für die 50 Minuten Fahrt aber ok. War sehr pünktlich.
driver rude. scanner of tickets more rude. bought online tickets from klook and was told by scanner to have invalid qr code. asked to take a photo of the error prompt as proof but the guy said something about privacy etc. how stupid, that was my ticket which isnt working!!! never again riding this bus!
