Dear The address Sky View team,
Dear Ellen hong - Hotel Manager,
I am very disappointed with the level of service this has come to. I have requested a premium room with a special birthday arrangement only to be checked in into a room with cigarette smell. I’ve called to replace it and it took forever. This is so inconvenient and not up to the (the address and Emaar) code. It is not what I paid for.
You’ve got to start making changes ASAP.
I am attaching the “birthday arrangement” that I found in my smelly room!! Very disappointing!
Update:
Olivera - Duty Manager, did the needful to enhance my experience. She is a great crisis management duty manager. Thank you.
