Free Entry
Usually No crowd.
No long queue.
Public toilets which is well maintained at rooftop.
The entrance is on New Oxford Street next to the Nationwide bank. Quick security check and take the lift straight up to level 9. It's not amazingly high, however view from the top is very beautiful.
It's also very quiet up here (not too well known...yet). For spending an evening for an hour ideally sitting & feel the peace.

A little secret just off Tottenham Court road. Easy to find, to access and free. Unusual roof view of the Liverpool Street area.
