Before Covid I have been using Emirates a lot and was very good - back to business and using again from Hong Kong to dubai flight EK 381 …. What a mess at the early check in - my mom on wheel chair needs to wait more than 40 min with no assistance…. Check in staff just lost with , apparently , no support from senior … 🥵

This is my first time to ride Emirates to Dubai. The staff in Dubai boarding is orderly arrange from zone C, to D and to E, F...for those who try to jump into the queue, she will help them to wait until their turn, excellent service.
But the staff in Hong Kong are terrible...while the zone C are called to board, they will allow all zone to jump into queue and end up with crowd lockup and mess. Please, make the boarding reasonable, orderly and reasonable.
Try to look at CCTV to verify.
