Amazing-Amazing Food and service is also excellent. This people for sure put some efforts in making the food and giving good service. I went with my family for the first time and had an amazing time here.
Steamed Turnip Cake is next level and it became my fav in first bite. Superb work creating this dish.
Loved it so much that whenever I will go to phoenix mall this is the place for me to eat.
Only one thing which is really very annoying, is the escalator which is in the middle of this restaurant so lots of people keep walking by your table.
Rest everything is awesome about this place.

Really loved the dimsims! The classic truffle edamame is just so delicious! Got it twice. The price range for the quality and quantity is also good. The ambience however could have been better. Its right now in a lobby, behind the escalators which doesn't make it an appealing place to be compared to other options in the mall. But the food makes you forget about the ambience, so do give it a try when you are in the mood of good dimsims. Service is also good and prompt.
Had a busy day of shopping and stumbled upon this place while going to the next floor, great dimsum spot and and truly a lot of variety to offer, do try the cheung fen and the chicken coriander dimsums they truly taste phenomenal, we also tried the unlimited dimsum, however its only from a certain time and you can’t do a takeaway if you have any leftovers, so beware to finish up! The unlimited offer costs 899 for non-veg and 699 for veg, which is really worth every penny, was too stuffed at the end of eating so many different dim-sums, will be visiting once more when I’m really starving 😂
Cha is one of the only places in Mumbai that specialises in dimsums and dumplings. They really did a fabulous job with everything we had and especially with an open kitchen format anyone visiting can really see visibly the amount of painstaking effort that goes into making good food.

Chicken Shanghai dumpling
Poach Peking dumpling
Chicken Cheung Fun
For drinks: Raspberry and Peach bubble tea.

The dimsums and the dumplings really hit the spot with quality ingredients cooked by trained chefs. Very happy with the unique flavour profiles. The sauces and accomplishments which are one of the most important in a dimsum place also were spot on.
Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dumplings were really good. Would especially recommend the poached Peking dumpling that is served with a broth. The Cheung Fun was something new for us and is worth trying as it's got a crunch element to it which is far from your usual dumpling.
Drinks: The peach tea was really refreshing and went well with the entirety of our meal too.

Recently visited this cute little restaurant in Phoenix Palladium called CHA. Loved the way the kitchen was open. There were beautiful drawings on wall. The ambience was simple yet elegant. We ate different types of dumplings, best dumplings I had ever had. A lot of options present in dumplings and cheun fun. Staff is very professional and polite. They were welcoming and greeted us with a wide smile. The juice was also good, you get a quick refreshment after drinking it. Surely once in a lifetime experience !
