Really good chicken rice with tender chicken and flavorful rice. Their tofu and sour soup are really good as well. Especially the tofu, probably the best I’ve had for a while. The sour soup is a good appetizer to stimulate your appetite, and you can see and taste that there are a lot of ingredients being used in the making process. The owner is very friendly to guests and speaks fluent mandarin and English. Overall we had a great meal and would come back and visit next time we are in Penang. I would recommend to go before noon to ensure nothing has run out and you get the full menu selection.
Really delicious chicken rice. Broth is amazing. Great chili sauce. Owners are very kind and interested to make sure you enjoy your meal. Even provided us with a taste of another broth they were cooking up (which was also delicious). Good price.
This place is, I believe, the most delicious diner in Penang city. The owner is really friendly and gentle, and he provided a lot of toppings for free. I strongly recommend this place to everyone, especially to big fans of chicken rice
Came across when I was super hungry after a long journey and the food turned out to be superb. I got mixed chicken rice at RM8. The owner is super friendly. Everyone should certai ly give it a try when coming to Penang
The uncle was so friendly and chatty:) Very charming! We visited around 10am it wasn’t very busy. We had mixed steamed and roasted chicken (breast).
Fragrant rice was so delicious as it is, chicken was so soft. My favourite was roasted one, you must try! Skin is crispy and so tender good with rice.
Simple but much flavour … delicious.
Tea tarik wasn’t very sweet just right level of sweetness for me.

Don’t normally give reviews, but felt that I had to for this place. Probably the best food we’ve eaten in Malaysia. The dish was simple yet beautifully executed it consists of: rice, chicken (mixture of dark and light), sautéed vegetables, soup (chicken broth) and chilli sauce (on the side). The owner/chef could not have been nicer or more welcoming, lovely food and lovely experience!
Only 8 MYR per serving as well is very good value!
Only open until 2:30pm arrive before that so you aren’t disappointed, perfect for a lunch!

チキンライスが人気のお店を訪問しました。はっきり言ってこれまで食べたチキンライスのベスト3に入ります！コスパも含めるとNO.1かも知れません(7RM=210円)。小(一人前)が7RM、中15RM、大22RMです。
鶏はしっとりとして美味しく、ご飯も炊き立てだったのもありますが鶏だしがしっかり効いていて最高でした。鶏スープもきちんとしていますし、物価高の昨今これが7RMとは驚きです。店主の方も非常に物腰の柔らかい素敵な方でした。
ペナンを訪れる際には是非お勧めです。
営業時間は9:30-14:30、基本年中無休だそうです。
