The good: Bordeaux red wine was great. Servers were relatively friendly and the manager was able to help in solving my issue the following day.

The bad: Ordered the “saumon mariné gravlax” for a starter and the “entrecôte”steak afterwards. The salmon tasted a bit funny and the steak was cooked too raw so I asked for another piece cooked medium rare - as I ordered. They came back with the same steak, just cooked a bit more. Later that evening I became quite sick and was in & out of the washroom for the next 30+ hours. My stomach is still recovering 2 days following the meal. After a long discussion with the manager and owner, they reimbursed me just for the saumon mariné as they were in disbelief someone could get any type of food poisoning from their restaurant. In the least, they apologized; offered to pay for any medicine bought and reimbursed me for part of the meal. A full refund of the food I ordered would have been preferred.

An excellent high-end dining experience in central Casablanca. I had Dakhla oysters for an appetizer and then a fillet de bœuf, medium rare as a main course. Both were outstanding and fresh. The steak was a perfect medium-rare. It was also a pleasant surprise to be able to find not only alcohol here (which is pretty rare in Casablanca), but the local Casablanca beer. Service was kind, attentive, and professional.
