I’m utterly disappointed with the poor customer service of Sapphire. I received my order on the 3rd of July which was a SCAM not sure from the brand’s end or thw courier company’s. It’s been more than 25 days and still I have no solution after talking to managers, representatives etc. Ali from Lahore office, Waqas/Wasim and all these managerial people have also been of ZERO HELP. According to all these people, I should’ve received my refund long ago. I’ve wasted my money, my time and my energy on a brand with zero care for its customers.
Extremely disappointed. Poor customer service and never am I going to order again after I get my refund and I’ll make sure I get that. Please at least train your customer representatives with the same processes because each person has a different story.

Amazing customer service! 💯 Rubaida the manager is the most professional and sweetest person I have come across. I was overcharged at the DMC branch and she assisted me wholeheartedly. She looked into the matter and crosschecked the prices from her system and the website and resolved the matter for me. I was indeed overcharged. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air and I believe she and her team at luckyone are great assets to Saphhire customer service. I am always greeted with such professionalism and enthusiasm.
The DMC branch (especially their manager) should get training on basic customer service etiquettes from the luckyone team.

I bought a chiffon scarf in August 2023. I had to fly next day. When I opened that I found out it was damaged. I couldn't do anything except waiting for my next flight to pakistan. I visited store yesterday with hundred percent surety that they won't be able to do anything because I was going to ask them for exchange after 6 months of purchase & without a receipt, but LUCKILY THEY DID😊.

A delightful shopping experience at Sapphire. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere, wide variety of quality clothing, combined with such a positive environment, definitely makes it a store I'd recommend and revisit.
