I love this place! The most tranquil place in the heart of a super busy city. The trees and the gardens just relax you. So many native plants including fruit trees and coffee plants...I enjoyed the cafe for almost 3 hours before coming back to the crazy traffic refreshed. :) Check out their K-6 school that is next door where the kids are exposed to gardening and raising animals and connecting them to nature. An awesome concept and I hope for the success of this unique place.
This place is really amazing garden, Ideally fantastic location for those who loves garden . The sound of birds, water flows sounds, different plant species are really the best place.
There is also special house design, and it’s builded by mud.
There’s also souvenir shops, food and beverage service, sometimes their will be small hand made craft bazaar.

A refreshing place with amazing view of different herbs and vegetables. You will see an artistic very detailed mud houses the you won’t probably see in other places. They also have sheep, goat, chicken and cattle farms. It is a good place if you need to have a quiet place with the plants. You only pay 150 birr for entrance. You relate not allowed to take in water or any food inside.
Such a beautiful botanical garden! The aroma of the herbs is so refreshing. It has a cute little gourmet restaurant inside and a place for children to play in and interact with animals. 10/10 would recommend!
Een oase in de stad. Echt prachtig. Volop diverse vogels en flora. Helaas kost het een fortuin om je camera mee naar binnen te nemen, maar met de telefoon fotograferen mag wel. Ook bijzonder dat onze kinderen van 10 jaar een studententicket moesten kopen, dit later met gehannes op rekenmachine enigzins werd gesteld met het betalen van de souvenirs, maar alsnog: de plek zelf is prachtig. En de verse taart is heerlijk. Echt een groen rustmoment in een drukke stad. Ook nog eens een hele aardige privé chauffeur ontmoet die bijzonder werk verricht meer zijn stichting voor weeskinderen.
Byzondere plek in Addis. Een voortgang van de oprichter krijgt hier door gelijkgestemden meer en meer gestalte. Eigenlijk geen museum maar een park met een cultureel tintje. Je kan er ideeen opdoen hoe je hier in Afrika groente kan verbouwen. Kinderen krijgen hier les en je kan naar de kippen en koeien.
Ach ga zelf eens kijken en laat je net zoals ik verrassen.
