MUJI Saint-Sulpice

Great shop but for the second time I returned home without one item. Which means the cashiers are either difficult to inspect or the staff doesn't care. Love Muji and will be back and will pay attention to items in my bag next time.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

Worst experience at a Muji store or any clothing store. The other reviews are right, the management and staff are beyond unbelievable. The African American store manager is the worst staff I’ve met in a long time. Arrogant, rude, hard to communicate with, and refused to help. UNBELIEVABLE, period. I’ve been a Muji customer for a long time and have shopped at Muji in the US, China, and Japan and none of the stores have staff like him, let alone a manger like him. He was even complaining about costumers in French to his colleagues. Avoid this Muji location at all cost.

This place lives up to the Parisian reputation for insufferable, rude sales staff who think they're doing you a great service by answering simple questions (even when asked in flawless French). They seem to forget they are working for a discount Japanese department store.

Love Muji and its pens. I always carry a pen from Muji with me. I also love the notebooks and agendas. Very nice and simplistic store

The store was very crowded when I passed by, so I decided to go in to see what they sold. Glad I did. I love Japanese paper products and was delighted to find some reasonably priced notebooks and agendas of nice quality. They also sell organizational products and items for the home but those did not interest me.

I've been here several times and they do have some of the organizational essentials that you're looking for if you know Muji. Personally though I want more selection.
