Ancient City, located near Bangkok, is a vast outdoor museum with replicas of Thailand's historical landmarks and cultural sites. It’s my favorite place for photography; even though it can be quite hot outside, the stunning architecture makes the effort worthwhile. The park is huge, so you can spend a whole day exploring. There are also Thai restaurants on-site serving a range of traditional dishes.

Huge area to see around the ancient Thai history and culture. It has lots of great architectures and monuments. See the place by hiring a bicycles, tram or Buggy. To completely see the entire place will take about 2-3 hours. Book the tickets online as it’s cheaper than the on spot bookings. Thank you.

Visited on a weekday afternoon. Park was quite empty. Bought tickets on Klook and it's so much cheaper together with tickets for Erawan Museum. A park map will be provided after exchanging your ticket.

Skip the bicycles if you do not have a budget! Renting a golf cart is highly recommended to explore all the intricate replicas of Thailand’s most famous landmarks here. Come earlier as the golf carts are first come, first serve basis for 350baht for the first hour and 100baht for any subsequent hour. (2pax golf cart)

You will only pay after your return your golf cart. There's a grace period of 15min. A driving license is required as a deposit in exchange for the cart key.

The attention to detail in each structure is impressive, making it feel like you’re travelling across the entire country in a day.

Lots of photo opportunities are available. I took around 4 hours around the park even without entering the replicas. Make sure you apply lots of sunblock or prepare an umbrella as the whole park is open-air.

Toilets are available everywhere and it's clean! There are some stalls selling drinks, too.

Shuttle transportation to Kheka Station is available every hour too at 25baht/pax.

Costumes are available for rent too! Air-conditioned entirely with clean and spacious changing rooms. Lots of costumes and accessories to choose from.

This place is very huge, no exaggeration! Definitely have to rent a golf cart if you want to visit all the sites. For 2 people seats, 350 baht for the first hour, and 100 baht for every next hour. I spent 5 hours in this place using a golf cart, now imagine how long you spend your time without one. My ticket includes a buffet where you can go inside this place. Overall, this place is wonderful, there are a lot of great buildings/temples. Worth every penny.

Definitely come here. Definitely rent the golf cart (400 baht + 100 for ea additional hour). Book on Klook for a discount, but it has to be a day or more in advance (it says it's instant, but still has to be in advance).

The temples and landscaping are awesome. When we arrived around noon there was hardly anyone, but then the tour buses started arriving shortly after. Still not too hard to get photos without anyone in the background.

The actual restaurants were closed for some reason, so there was only snack food available.

You'll be here a few hours so lather up in sunscreen...

Oh and if you get the "Custom Maps" Android app it'll make navigating much easier.

There are many photogenic spots (IG spots) that I absolutely love. The entrance and rental fees are reasonable. we rented an e-bike, which made it easy to explore the entire area quickly. I recommend visiting in the morning or evening, as it can get very hot at noon.

It’s a really historical place with temples and an ancient village. You can rent a car inside there and drive by yourself to see all the places because it’s too big to do it on foot. They also have restaurants, coffee, coffee, shops with juices and ice creams so we can fresh up and stay hydrated. You don’t need to worry about restroom they have a few around and it’s pretty clean and usable. overall it was a great place to visit and spend some time there. They also have souvenir shops. You can buy stuff from them with good prices.
